Actually
you can drink all of the tub teas, but preferably not directly
from the tub! You can pre-steep the teabag in a quart jar with
boiling water, covered, for 10-20 minutes. Pour some into your
favorite mug to drink, then put the rest into your bathwater for
an extra soothing experience. Or place teabag in a tub under hot
running water. Add cold water to mix.

| moontime
tub tea
Mugwort, catnip, lavender and rose petals to ease
cramping and help you relax during your period or through
menopause. Mugwort helps to protect you during this open,
sensitive time. |

| parent's
rescue tub tea
Chamomile, lemon balm and catnip especially for colicky
or fussy kids. This is a very helpful one to give them internally,
too, for calming and easing into bedtime. These were my
3 favorite herbs for my keid when they had a cold - very
supportive herbs. I keep the teabag in the tub and use it
s a gentle washcloth. |
